I don't know what to do next. I sent why chat's validation/dispute letter and it was signed for 2/19.
This debt IS well within the sol, and they called 4 times after the letter was received. I realize I probably stand a good chance of being sued, but they told me in the messages on my machine that they can't answer my validation request without talking to me first. Any advise on how to proceed? Thanks, Patti
