hi, i rec'd a summons.. i want to pay the debt.. previously i had sent them a c&d... so now i sent them a settlement offer but i requested everything in writing.. i have to send the court an answer by 4-11, when (if i should) ask the court for a continuance because im trying to settle... how should i do this? any ideas
