Lawyer e-mail

Is it ok for me to CC an e-mail to the actual lawyers when I am e-mailing one of their "associates" dealing with my judgement? I swear, I call this lady and e-mail her and she never responds! I am waiting for her to say I default on our agreement because I never contact her when I do! I am keeping copies of all my e-mails. 1 more payment and this headache will be over!
