If it does go to judgment, as far as I can tell, you are "judgment proof" you contribute more than 50% to the support of another household member, your partnership assets are exempt from seizure under the Uniform Partnership Act, your income from the partnership is exempt from garnishment (unless it is payment for work or services).

Plus, if you are sued, you have the right to contest the claim in Court, for amounts or additional charges or perhaps just not having poof of their "standing" (right to sue).

Plus, if they ALL sue and ALL get judgments, you can still file BK and get them released.
