The account has been in use since 1994. Loss of job etc left balance of 13K. Last good pmt was about a year ago. I tried extensively to get them to put me on a hardship program and they would not. Got the account when in TX. now live in NC. What if any are the legal ramifications I should expect. There are zero assets. Thanks
