SOL re-aging and time limit in IL

I have been contacted by a CA (Asset Acceptance) and they want to settle, my OC is not on my CR. Can I have this removed from my CR and how. Also I have another OC on my account that has a charged off date of 11/96 that has been sold to OSI and I settled with them on 8/01 is there any way to get this removed from my credit report because the OC SOL is past 7 years? My last bad debt is on a credit card that I opened in 1995 through Sony and have not paid on this for some years now I think it was in 1998. They have this listed as Status as of 04/2000: Charged off as Bad Debt. Can they do this and re-age this, how can I find out what the DOLA is, or get this resolved? I appreciate all of your guys help, oh yeah by the way I am in Illinois.
