I would be interested to know the county in florida and the actual CA and lawyer who brought this supposed judgement. They cannot, as WhyChat points out, garnish your wages. That is an illegal threat, might well be worth your time to file complaint with FTC and FLorida AG. They may not even have the judgement, as WHyChat suggests, check this out. A good deal of the tactics of these amoebae consists of bluffing. If they ratcheted the bill to six grand, one wonders if this wasn't in small claims court? This seems to have become FLorida's answer to Kangaroo Court, a place where greaseball scumbags can sue and win, provided their case stinks, is illegally brought and consists of lies and tainted evidence, with a few bucks or perhaps some happy pills slipped to the in-lieu presiding justice. You are judgement proof. A judgement will surely hurt you if you have one and desire that which requires credit. Punish these maggots forever, reject their credit cards, to blazes with their sham home mortgage scams. Burn them. Vote with your feet and your wallet, they'll eventually eat their corkscrew-tailed offspring. Gently,
