There is a time restriction, I believe not before 8am or after 9pm. WHYCHAT has this on his website. You can send a Cease & Desist letter from calling you. Check the date of default and check SOL's for your State. WHYCHAT has this info on his website also. I am sure someone else will respond with more precise info. But the FDCPA does have strict rules as to when a collector can call you. Please keep a running log of all times, names and conversations. It's really best not to talk to them at all.
