Do you know who is calling? You are in a one party consent taping state. This means you can legally tape them without letting them know. I would get a tape recorder and one of those microphones that hooks to your phone(radio shack has a $5 suction cup microphone) and tape the calls. On the tape mention the exact time they called. If they call again then call your phone company and tell them some company is calling you at all hours of the morning and harrassing you. They may say they can do nothing but that is a load of crap. Make them do something.
