Hi, thanks for your comments. As far as the Capital One/Arrow situation, Capital One is on my credit reports (all three) as "charged off" as of 3/2001. Balance showing is $824. Per the credit reports my last payment was around 8/2000 and to the best of my knowledge, this is probably correct. Arrow has not yet made an entry on my credit report. They have told me that the account was "assigned" to them and they don't own it and they will not make a separate entry in their company name on my credit report. They say that once I make a payment, that they will notify Capital One and I will receive a letter from them (Arrow) that the Capital one account is paid, and it will be noted on my credit report at that time. If I work with them and get everything in writing, like I am trying with Asset, and I also have a copy of the money order along with the federal express confirmation, do you think that will be enough proof that it was paid if they don't correct my credit reports and I have to work thru the Credit report people?
