Yes, I am on a joint credit card with the ex. He is not paying it so they are coming after me. My biggest concern was that since he is not paying any of his other bills (me not being on them), they can't come after my house because his name is not on the deed.

The tax office shows my name only on the house. That was changed in April of 2002.
