What kind of documentation did you receive from the CA that showed they were authorized to "settle" with you.

What kind of receipt do you have from the CA that shows you paid?

The only suggestion I have is that you get a lawyer to help you, or try to file an answer with the court stating that the account had been paid, (settled) and nothing was owed.
