Pulled your credit report did they? HOpe they had a good reason. Perhaps they need a nice letter of intent to sue. ANother hole-in-the wall firm that pulls this stunt is F.A. Management Solutions of Sunny Delray Beach, Florida. Sometimes the puller of the report is F.A. Management, sometimes the puller is listed as Hugh Brett Shafritz, Esq, the Barrister Excelsior of this seamy little firm.
A quick check of their Byzantine corporate and partnership interleavings on the FLorida Secretary of State Website seems to reveal that perhaps none are more aware of their scummy, illegal, bullying, too-clever-by-half practices than they.
They are right up their with Asset Acceptance Corporation, a fine old firm whose owner finds the business of preying on the disadvantaged to be "Fascinating". How much they reveal by their boasts. Tedious, very tedious, as my personal physician Dr. Lecter would so comment.
