Has anyone had a problem w/ Earthlink collection?

Hi, just wondering if anyone had a previous problem with Earthlink... The service was horrendous. I had the service for 10mos (they only charged me for 2) and finally i was so fed up, i called to yell some more. The rep cancelled my acct and charged me a 200 dollar early termination fee even though i have a copy of the complete chat which states i do not accept a termination fee, cancellation, bla bla bla and so forth...

any ideas...it does not show on my credit report (yet)
