I was looking through the online court records and found a case that said that the plaintiff had not taken any affirmitive action since December 2001, (this was recorded in April 2002) and unless the plaintiff (Platinum Financial Services) complied with CIV. R. 10 (D) AND ARTHUR V. PARENTEAU, 102 0.APP 3D 302, 657 N.E. 2D 284 within 30 days, the case would be dismissed.

Can someone tell me what CIV. R. 10 (D) AND ARTHUR V. PARENTEAU, 102 0.APP 3D 302, 657 N.E. 2D 284 is? I'm wondering if this could be a useful case to keep in mind. The case was in Ohio.

Thanks!
