Send them the SOL letter from WHYCHATS wesite. Please turn them in to the BBB. I did they denied the 7 calls a day, being rude etc. They also claimed 3-24 they quit calling because of C&D letter(they signed for on 3-11). It was the SOL they signed for on 25th. and being told they were being recorded on the 24th that stopped the rude actions.I am sending all documentation to BBB to follow up. The more complaints the better.
