Actually they were right. The fdcpa allows them to speak to you about the debts. I hate saying a CA is right but dangit this one is. He was doing nothing wrong by discussing the debt with you. If you misquote the fdcpa he will think you are retarded and will really turn up the heat. Read it before you quote it.
