Scott's right, the FDCPA does not classify a spouse as a "3rd party", so the CA can discuss DH's debt with you.

However, the CA is full of horsehockey when he says he doesn't have to follow Federal law.. what a joke from a JERK!! Federal trumps State every time, especially in THIS instance.
