PS - of particular importance re your records as chances are good the CA is bluffing you with an empty hand, find any old statements and if you have them, cancelled checks or bank statements.
The statute runs from the date of breach, the date you missed the payment due and which you never made up. If you missed a payment in January 89, then paid feb, mar, april, then stopped, the breach began in January if you never made good on that payment. But at this age, what so ever will they do, make up their own 'records' from XXXwhole cloth? Wouldn't that be lovely, so impressive to the court. Don't stop at the wings, pull the legs offa these flies as well.
