Send them the SOL letter from my website.
File a complaint with the FTC, and your State Attorney General's Office.
File a dispute with the CRA reporting this as "obsolete",if you have any old credit report that shows this with the original dates, send a copy with your dispute.Include in your dispute to the CRA that you have filed a complaint with the FTC & your State AG's office, and if the obsolete information is not IMMEDIATELY removed, you will add their (the CRA) name to the complaint.
