If there are attornies who are repeatedly filing time-barred suits, you should contact, and perhpas file a complaint with, the Disciplinary Counsel for the state in which they are licensed. Although in this situation it would be difficult to establish some improper conduct, as the attorneis could argue that they "thought" the SOLs on these suits were 15 years, it might spark an investigation and get some rulings out there, both on the applicable SOL and on the propriety of filing time-barred suits. Particularly if numerous people complain.
