Good Idea, Just spoke with good guy attorney. He recommends filing with the Bar after conclusion of the case or dismissal, so as to be able to produce the most evidence. Otherwise it could be taken as attempt to manipulate, etc. This is different from FTC and State AG COmplaints, which we love to file straightaway. Bar Associations are uneven as to result, thou shalt not castigate brother lawyer and all that. Still, the more paper and evidence of misconduct the better. And courts still hold that different from us, they are experts in the field, know the consequence of their actions. In other words, we are presumed by judges to make innocent mistakes if we go to court pro se. They are presumed as manipulative. Good for us, not so good for them.
