Thanks for your help.
They don't know that I read the document because they went to my old address, and gave a copy to my ex-landlord who contacted me to let me know. He called the officer to tell him that he couldn't reach me because my phone number was disconected which is true.
What happens if they can not find me (co-buyer)?
How long will they be after me?
What happens after the 20 days mentioned in the summons if they couldn't serve me on?
What if they can find my ex (buyer), and he goes alone to court? Will I be discharged?
How can they know where I work, and take my wages?
If they file a default in this case because we do not present to court, can I be arrested?
I am scared, please tell me what to do.
