Need some help with a creditor

I am having some problems with a creditor by the name of NCO. Within three days they called my house 17 times! Then they call me this morning just before 8am(today is Sunday) I have told each and every person that has called that I have already spoken to their office manager about an amount they are charging me. I was charged a late fee, over limit fee and an NSF fee for a payment of $200...funny thing being that my bank has no record of this withdrawl at all. What can I do to get them to stop calling?
