I think Why Chat has a Sol letter which covers this situation. You can send that letter and let them know that it is way beyond the Sol anyway. I'm going to send WC's letter to Midland Credit Mgmt or whatever they are changing their name to (As a result of MCM's recent BK? Could be!!!) But that's another funny story.
