Besides taping these cretins from NCO, you should keep a log of calls. The FDCPA specifically states no CA may call you before 8AM (local time) or after 9pm.. or any other time they know to be inconvenient. The FTC opinions also state that calling on Sunday IS DEFINITELY considered 'inconvenient'. So, violations already is at least 3. 17 calls in 3 days is causing the phone to ring excessively, also a violation of the FDCPA !!

I suggest you go read the FDCPA at www.ftc.gov and start tallying the violations !
