Nikki, We were sued on a repo, and paid on it 6 months before I found this site. It was dismissed 6 mos. later(I guess because we were paying on it) and I stopped paying on it. I got a letter from atty saying they were gonna re-file the lawsuit, and then I found this site, and Why Chat told me what to put in my letter, and I haven't heard a word since. That was last Oct. They knew the suit was time-barred from collection.
