why chat
Received letter stating xxx collections company purchased this account. Have repeatedly tried to get balance tradeline from original creditor removed from credit reports. Original creditor keeps verifying. Ive spoken to a rep at original creditor who told me theyve reported, but it may take up to 60 days. Although, they just responded today verifying that it stays the same. All 3 bureaus refuse to remove even though Ive provided them with the letter from new collector that purchased the account.. what can I do?
