The first step is to dispute this with the CRA. You can do this on-line, but keep a printout. Secondly,if the CRA verifies the account you can send the health care provider,(Cedars Sinai) the HIPAA letter from my website. Be sure to include a copy of the dispute to the CRA and their response verifying the account. Unless and until you have properly disputed, you would have no basis for any legal action against anybody.
