I have previously disputed the account with Equifax. Recovery Solution Specialists only provided a printout that stated balance due and a that a bioposy was performed. It did not detail anything about the procedure or proper medical coding. I sent the info to Blue Cross/ Blue Shield and their rep contacted RSS they were unable to provide any details about the invoice or date of service. I guess they do not have proper records of the original invoice. With this being the case, my insurance provider could not proceed with processing the claim. I have a letter from my insurance stated they attempted but RSS would not provide. How should I proceed? Thanks for your help!
