RE: CACV OF COLORADO, LLC anyone hear of either of these people? my friend has a credit card that was sent over to these people for collection. he's given them a bunch of post-dated checks (after being harassed by them--before i knew about it). he's worried that they may garnish, sue, something like that. i told him to send them a c&d to stop them from contacting him. What else can i tell him? he had a business gone bad and could not pay the c.c. it then went into a charge-off situation. thanks!
