Good luck, hopefully CCCS can deal with them. NCO is a bunch of brain-dead cave dwellers who think violating the law is OK.. until they run up against people who have learned their rights. Since they are blatantly violating the FDCPA by ignoring the C&D, I'd make the next communication with them not only a reiteration of the C&D, complete with violations listed, but an 'intent to sue' letter. That lawfirm is VERY interested in this kind of FDCPA violations by CA's and NCO is on their 'hit list'. When you visit the site, go to the "Special" tab and you'll see who they're after for class-action suit ammo.
