I do not know if it is too late although I doubt it but go to the website I will post below. go to page 26 and on annotation 81 use the kimber case when you file your $1000 counterclaim. The real fun is when you beat them. If they cannot prove the case when they sued you then you dispute the tradelines. If they verify then you sue them for $1000 each tradeline. Then you use their own court case against them. fun for the whole family.
