You cannot lose your home, unless you have a LOT of equity in it, or it is free and clear of any mortgage. If you sell it, or try to refinance, it will interfere with that. Look up, on my website, under SOL's for how long a judgment lien is good for in your State. Once it is expired, it will have no effect.
