Sounds as if the judge is if not in your corner, at least ruling by the book. Refreshing to note that at least one judge is beyond the reach of the long, skinny fingers of the CA and credit card sleazebags.
One so-called justice in this county walks about his courtroom during 'debtor arraignments' babbling, joking and threatening debtors is some sort of apparent psychosis. Nicely dressed however. Perhaps the CA's paid his tab at the haberdasher. Charitable of them.
