Demand the investigation report from the CRA, for starters. All they may have 'verified' is your name and address and now you have to force them to provide HOW and WHAT was verified. You must force them to FULLY investigate. What I meant by being tough is to send the CRA an intent to sue letter by 'verifying' INACCURATE information when you clearly sent them proof of the illegal re-aging.
