Discover Card is driving me NUTS...please help!!!!

I recently talked with an attorney about filing chap. 7 bankruptcy. I informed Discover of this and told them to contact my attorney and gave them his number. I have done this twice and they are still calling me wanting money. They call three and four times before noon. Is this legal? Since I'm filing BK and I've referred them to my attorney why are they still calling me? This is driving me nuts!
