These thieves and scam artists got your name from some old data base or your ccc , and arbitrarily attached whatever old account to you- perhaps a similar name,or address,although they have been KNOWN to do this with NO reasonable basis for identification. Send them a cease and desist/validation/dispute from my website.File a complaint on-line with the FTC and your State's Attorney General's Office, check your credit reports for anything unusual, like a different address, or inquiries from cc comanies,or even other accounts that are not yours. Put a fraud alert on your credit reports with all 3 bureaus,opt out from solicitations. Your problems are caused by the data base from your credit counseling service, they sell their data.
