The advice you have been given is all excellent, however,I suggest a few other things.

You say you got your credit report, recently? That is probably what triggered this scum ca crawling out from under their rock.

I would GUESS that the reason you haven't heard from the OC is because THEY are the ones who put a default judgment on you in NM.

Judgment liens are good for 14 years in NM. How do you get your tax bills on your NM property? Does the assessors office have your current address on your property records?

I suggest you find out EXACTLY what the judgments are against you in NM, you an try going on line (google) and searching for your County records.

If, as I believe, the judgments are from the SAME OC as NCO is hassling you on,then you can file your complaints, send them cease and desists etc.
