Thank you for that advice, yes, I was intending to do that as well regarding the ID theft possibility. But meanwhile is there anything I can do about this particular "hold" on her funds? I don't understand what the bank means about the money still being there, but on an administrative hold. I'm concerned that there may be some other legal element to this, since there are some papers we didn't receive at all. I mean, are we supposed to inform the bank somehow that this issue is in dispute? If not, why are the funds still there but just being held? Thanks again.
