I finally got a phone number for the Atlanta office of Risk management alternatives today (it took a few threats of lawsuits BBB FTC etc). I spoke to their customer complaint manager and he promised that the reaging of my sears account would be removed form my credit report promptly. The number is 1-800-275-7075. These people obviously know the law better than the jerks in Jacksonville. Thank you so much for your help. Marty
