Thank you. I meant to direct my question to you, as you replied. Hoping it is not a clearly dumb one. If one could file a statement of exemption to protect their account, why isn't everyone who is in debt or worried about seizure doing this? Can any bank account be exempt? Thank you truly, Suzy
