I have the same problem and finally sent copies of everything showing changes, additions, etc. I am waiting for a response now. If you get this removed, please let me know. P.S. It's worth the subscription to get credit watch. I've caught CA's putting info. back on once deleted without notifying me. Woth creditwatch, you know when someone makes a change to your report right away.
