"lawguy" posted HIS interpretation and citation of this case in the "beaten to death" Ohio SOL thread.

As I have SAID and posted repeatedly, citing caselaw for a "SOL" defense is counterproductive, (in my opinion).

The Federal TILA & FDCPA & State statutes are NOT open to "arguments" on caselaw. The ONLY time and the only people who DO cite "caselaw" to defendants, are the CA lawyers, who WILL NOT DARE to bring them up in court, as they are MOOT.

In SOME cases, dumb CA lawyers have cited "old" caselaw to prove their points, pre ALL the Federal & State consumer protection laws that negated those decisions.
