Im paying close attention to my sears acct listed on credit report that is due to fall off in November this year. Just noticed that Sears made an inquiry listed under "obtained information for the purpose of acct review or other business transactions with you" this inquiry was made in 10-2002.
this is a bad sign, isnt it...Like they are prepping
to sue just before the 7 year reporting...Although I beleive that the SOL is already past so maybe they will try..hum...any thoughts?
