Question about BK when Collections are present

I am filing BK using Ziinet because I have nothing but an exempt home. My question is how do I put collectors on the paperwork? Are they considered creditors for filing purposes? If so, that would kick up my total debt by about 3x. Or doI just put them on the mailing list? Thanks!!
