Can I use this after default to force the OC reporting on my CR to send ME proof of the account (and subsequesnt deficiency)
I have 2 five year old repos showing and I am trying to get them off. They all verified when I disputed with the CRA's yet neither sent me anything, nor do they have to according to the FCRA. BTW I live in Tennessee.

they apparently both have been charged off.
