When they decide to get a judgement on me, which I'm sure they will, I would think that they have to serve it to my physical address and not a PO Box. Or can lawsuits be served at a PO Box? Is it better to have a car repo, or voluntarily release it to the bank? The loan was from Household Auto, I don't know how they work. I'm not sure if I can stop the original collector from calling me at work?
