I'm sorry..I probably did not explain myself right. I bought a car and they had my physical home address, but then I moved. I became late on the payments, very late, but they have my PO Box on File. When they decide to get a judgement on me, which I'm sure they will, I would think that they have to serve it to my physical address and not a PO Box. Or can lawsuits be served at a PO Box? I'm kind of scared to contact them.

Is it better to have a car repo, or voluntarily release it to the bank? The loan was from Household Auto, I don't know how they work. I'm not sure if I can stop the original collector from calling me at work?
