No, this is only for an account that is in active status.

However, I am researching a letter to be sent to OC creditor's in the case of repos.

You MIGHT try sending a letter to the legal dept. of the OC, requesting proof of the accounting and documentation required under (your State)'s Motor Vehicle Finance and UCC statutes. Say: I have been unable to have an account for a supposed deficiency from a repo of (date & old acct.#),being reported by (Collection Agency -name & address) removed from my credit reports.

The laws of (State name) and the Federal UCC require a full accounting of the sale and any deficiency,if the sale was nt conducted in a commercially reasonable manner, or if I was not given full notice and accounting as required by (State),you are liable under the FCRA, for any damages caused by your agent (Collection Agency)'s fraudulent reports to the credit bureaus.

Please furnish me with immediate proof that this repossession was done in a legal and proper manner, including notification of deficiency, or remove this account from (Collection Agency) and take the neccessary steps to insure any derogatory information is deleted and purged from my credit reports.

I reserve the right in the event of your non compliance to report this to the appropriate State and Federal authorities and take legal action to recover damages."
