I received notice of a "Document Hearing" to be held by the National Arbitration Forum within 30 days. I did provide them a response when I received the initial notice. This is for an MBNA card I closed in 1999. I attempted to pay thru CCS counseling service. The payments thru the program were to high. What will happen next? Is an arbitration hearing let them garinsh wages or seize assets immediately?
